Ayla Edits is a freelance editing service specializing in romance, sci fi, YA and NA. We will consider all other genres, including non-fiction, on a case by case basis.
Copy Editing
Copy editing service includes corrections for continuity, typographical errors, punctuation, overused words and grammar. This does not include formatting services, content edits or any other service not specified.
Short form documents under 2,000 words – £20
Manuscripts of up to 20 pages – £2.00/ page
Manuscripts of 21 to 60 pages – £1.50/page
Manuscripts of 61 to 200 pages – £1.25/page
Manuscripts over 200 pages – £1.00/page
Content Edits
Content edits are only available for genre romance manuscripts and include copy edit service. Manuscripts will be assessed for content, continuity, marketability and fact checked. Prices shown include one edit pass only. For packages including additional edit passes, please use the contact form to request an estimate.
Manuscripts of up to 20 pages – £2.50/page
Manuscripts of 21 to 60 pages – £2.25/page
Manuscripts of 61 to 200 pages – £2.00/page
Manuscripts over 200 pages – £1.75/page
